What the lesson covers

  1. 0:00Every pattern comes with a target. Almost nobody asks where it comes from.
  2. 0:05The convention. Take the pattern's height and project it from the breakout. That is the entire method.
  3. 0:14What it is genuinely for. It gives a reward figure, so you can compare it with the risk before entering.
  4. 0:23The decision it drives. If the target is close and the stop is far, the shape does not matter. Skip it.
  5. 0:32The honest limit. Plenty of patterns fall short and plenty run far past. It is a planning number.
  6. 0:40Use it to decide whether to enter, not to decide when to leave.
