1. Purpose
This Earnings and Performance Disclaimer applies to all performance references, trade examples, results, screenshots, marketing materials, testimonials, alerts, scanner outputs, AI analysis, watchlists, charts, social media posts, website materials, and community content published by MadStockAlerts, owned and operated by MD-Money, LLC d/b/a MADSTOCKALERTS.
2. No Typical Results
Any trades, alerts, gains, charts, screenshots, percentage moves, dollar amounts, testimonials, reviews, or success stories shown are not typical and should not be interpreted as typical results. They may represent isolated examples, favorable periods, selected opportunities, hypothetical outcomes, paper trading, model performance, or educational case studies. Your results will vary and may be materially worse.
3. No Guarantee of Profits or Future Performance
The Company does not guarantee that any subscriber will make money, avoid losses, achieve similar results, receive alerts at the same time, enter or exit at the same prices, or trade with the same outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. A strategy that worked previously may stop working. Market regimes change.
4. Illustrative Trade Examples
Trade examples, historical alerts, screenshots, watchlists, price charts, entries, exits, targets, stops, and reviews are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. They are not instructions to trade and are not personalized recommendations. A security may move before an alert is delivered, may fail to reach a target, may gap through a stop, or may become illiquid.
5. Hypothetical, Simulated, Backtested, and Model Results
Hypothetical, simulated, paper-traded, backtested, and model results have significant limitations. They may not reflect actual execution, slippage, commissions, taxes, spreads, liquidity, market impact, alert delays, missed alerts, emotional decision-making, account constraints, or changing market conditions. No representation is made that any person will achieve similar results.
6. Balanced Presentation
The Company will not present selected successful alerts, testimonials, screenshots, or percentage moves in a manner that materially misstates the overall results of the applicable strategy or alert set. Where the Company presents aggregated performance, it will use a written methodology consistently and will identify material assumptions, exclusions, limitations, losses, and costs.
7. Screenshots and Marketing Results
Screenshots may show prices, charts, alerts, gains, comments, subscriber feedback, broker interfaces, scanner outputs, or market movement at a particular time. Screenshots may not include all relevant information, losing trades, fees, taxes, slippage, position sizing, account balance, or subsequent price movement. Screenshots may be cropped, formatted, anonymized, or edited for privacy, readability, and presentation.
8. Testimonials and Endorsements
Testimonials, reviews, comments, endorsements, success stories, and social media posts represent individual experiences and are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of your results. The Company may not independently verify brokerage statements or trading outcomes. Testimonials may be unsolicited, unpaid, voluntarily provided, or lightly edited for grammar, length, clarity, privacy, or formatting.
9. Selection Bias and Survivorship Bias
Marketing materials may focus on alerts, setups, or examples that performed well and may not show every alert, losing trade, unprofitable period, avoided setup, late alert, failed setup, or subscriber outcome. Performance presentations may be affected by selection bias, survivorship bias, hindsight bias, data-mining bias, model assumptions, and market-regime changes.
10. Subscriber Differences
Individual results depend on many factors, including account size, risk tolerance, position sizing, order type, trading experience, brokerage platform, execution speed, alert delivery speed, market access, liquidity, commissions, taxes, emotional discipline, and the decision to act or not act. Even subscribers receiving the same alert may have different outcomes.
11. No Verification of Subscriber Results
The Company generally does not have access to subscribers’ brokerage accounts or statements and does not independently audit all subscriber claims. Any user-submitted performance claims should be treated as unverified unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of part or all of your capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Always consult qualified financial, legal, tax, and other professionals before making investment decisions.
