  1. 0:00An island reversal needs two gaps in opposite directions. It is genuinely rare.
  2. 0:05The structure. A gap up, some bars trading there, then a gap down leaving them stranded.
  3. 0:15Why it means something. Every buyer in the island is trapped, and the price they need never traded again.
  4. 0:24The confirmation. The second gap has to hold. Filling it immediately makes it two ordinary gaps.
  5. 0:33Why you will rarely see one. It needs two separate news events in opposite directions, days apart.
  6. 0:41Check both gaps are still open before calling it one.
