What the lesson covers

  1. 0:00Two oscillators whose scales confuse almost everyone who meets them.
  2. 0:05CCI is not bounded. It measures how far price sits from its own average, in units of typical deviation.
  3. 0:14So ±100 is not an extreme. Roughly a quarter of readings fall outside that band by design. It is not a boundary.
  4. 0:23Williams %R runs backwards. Zero is the top of the range and minus one hundred is the bottom. The scale is inverted.
  5. 0:32The shared caveat. Both pin at their extremes in a trend, exactly like every other oscillator.
  6. 0:39Learn the scale first, then the signal.
