  2. 0:05The queue. When a company pays out, shareholders are last in line. Every time.
  3. 0:14Why last in line can be good. The lender's return is capped at the interest. Yours is not capped at all.
  4. 0:23What comes with the share. A vote, a claim on dividends if declared, and the right to sell it on.
  5. 0:31The limit of your liability. If the company fails owing millions, you lose what you paid and nothing more.
