  2. 0:05The difference. Take everything issued, then remove the blocks that are locked up or held tight.
  3. 0:14Why a small float moves. The same demand against fewer available shares produces a much larger move.
  4. 0:23The trap. Low float cuts both ways. The same thinness that spikes it collapses it.
  5. 0:31Float is not fixed. Lockups expire, offerings add shares, buybacks remove them. It changes.
  6. 0:39Check the float, and check what is about to change it.
