  2. 0:05The tiers. They differ by disclosure. That is the axis, and it is the only one that matters.
  3. 0:15What no disclosure means. No audited accounts, no filings, no obligation to tell you anything at all.
  4. 0:24The other problem. These are thin. Spreads are wide and getting out can be much harder than getting in.
