  2. 0:05What it adds. The shelf was permission. This states the price, the size and the date.
  3. 0:14The discount. Offerings usually price below the market. The gap is what buyers demanded.
  4. 0:23The greenshoe. An over-allotment option lets underwriters sell more shares if demand is there.
  5. 0:32Use of proceeds, again. Read whether the money funds growth or simply repays existing debt.
  6. 0:40Check the discount, the size and where the money goes.
